Sewing for Gold

I have really enjoyed this topic and it has to be one of my favourite ones. My team was called Daly’s Delights and we won all sorts of different medals.In this topic it was all about making hats. First of all we had to make as many different hats as possible in half an hour. My team made all sorts of hats. My favourite hat was the bonnet shaped hat. I really liked working in my team on making the hats.When we hat to make our Olympic hats, our team choses the UK Heritage category. I decided to make a boater and make it into the Union Jack to represent the UK.

All about science.

In B1 we have been learning about science.We have learnt about solids,liquid and gas.We all went into are wizarding  groups and designed a poster to do with science.Then all the groups got a cauldron and were all given a material to rap round it to keep the warm water to stay warm.We have also been finding out what ingredients dissolve and wich ones dont.We also did that in wizarding groups.
