dome!!!

today some visitors came to are school.

we crawled through the tunle then sat around the dome!The lady put some music on while we looked at different planits called merely venus  earth mars  and much mor!Then we looked at stars and the colours and the pitchers that tell the story.Then we asked lot’s of  questions like how did it all start they answered then told us something new.

After we went out side for a run around before coming in to make a rhyme about planits.Did you know that if  you got sucked down a black whole then your legs wont keep up with your head so you will end up as human spaghetti.

explorer dome!

today at 1:20 b1 went into the hall to see the explorer dome and learn things about space as that s our  new topic.

Everyone enjoyed going into the explorer dome. most people enjoyed it when the stars were spinning because it felt like we were spinning.

I have just got some really exciting news im going to watch a girl named Jess dance for the first time ever.

My auntie told me she is really good and i cant wait to go and see her dance with her mate from school Kisha.

Sewing for Gold

In this topic I have really enjoyed  working as a team to get gold silver or bronze. My team was Simpsons Screamers we were named that after Jemma Simpson.

In our groups we had a challenge to make as many hats as possible in 30 minutes. In my group we were lucky enough to get the most gold medals which was really good for our team because we were really far behind.

I have also enjoyed the maths challenges some of them were hard some of them were easy. My group got bronze and silver for the maths challenges and some times no  medal.

I think all teams worked really hard to get gold silver or bronze and everyone worked well as a team.

Sewing For Gold

I enjoyed working as a team to make different types of hat. Our team was Daly’s  Delights and we won lots of gold, silver and bronze medals.

My favourite type of hat was the boater because the brim was very wide and I could stick lots of nice things on it. In part of this topic we had a challenge to make different hats. I made a very tall top hat, a small boater and a weird hat that looked like it was a hair band but it went on the top of your head and it was attached by a horrible itchy string.

The team in front with the medals is our team with the score of 30. Our category was UK heritage and we really enjoyed having that one instead of the other category’s. My hat was the London Bridge and had the Union Flag on the brim.

Our Olympic Topic!!!!!!

I have enjoyed all of the challenges  we have done.My favourite part was working in a team of 5 or 6 to do our work  our category was countries of the world.My favourite hat was the top hat. The hat i made was to do with Spain.My group name was called Ansley Achievers. making the hats were fun. There was gold,silver and a bronze medal.I think every one tries to get a medal and they enjoyed this topic as well. We got 24 points.

This topic I have enjoyed working in a team of five . This topic was fun because we got to make a top hat and a boater.My hat was a top hat it was the UK heritage category it is the Wembley stadium one of the famous stadium in the world.

We had to make lot of hat in the space of half an hour it was hard.Top hat was 5 points boater was 5 points and a skull-cap was 3 points if you did any other design you would have got 1 point.

I have enjoyed this topic because I like to work in teams.My team was called Simson Screamers and we won lots of gold medals .We worked really well as a team .

I liked to make the hats out of paper me and my friend  made a bonnet but it didn’t fit her so she cut a hole to put my hair though then I got the idea of  using my hair as part of my design.

This has been one of the best topics so far because I like team challenges and a certain time to do the work.

working towards gold silver and bronze makes us work harder because we like to compete but miss Leaman hates it because someone gets nothing.

I have really enjoyed this topic and it has to be one of my favourite ones. My team was called Daly’s Delights and we won all sorts of different medals.In this topic it was all about making hats. First of all we had to make as many different hats as possible in half an hour. My team made all sorts of hats. My favourite hat was the bonnet shaped hat. I really liked working in my team on making the hats.When we hat to make our Olympic hats, our team choses the UK Heritage category. I decided to make a boater and make it into the Union Jack to represent the UK.

Sewing For Gold

I enjoyed working as part of a team for this topic. My team was called Daly’s Delights after Tom Daly and we had a lot of fun.

My favourite part was making the hat design for my hat. My hat was a boater with a teacup and biscuits on top because we were in the UK heritage category. Also we won a lot of silver medals and quite a lot of gold medals.

My hat design won the bronze medal out of the whole class, Bracken won the gold and Josh won the silver (I think). We also won with a total of 30 points!

I enjoyed making the prototypes for the hat shapes and we made lots of different ones we got certain amounts of points for each hat. We drew first with Tancocks Triumphs because we got 27 points. I made the first hat which was an origami paper boat hat thing.

This is the best topic so far because I like being in teams and doing the challenges!
